In January, I resolved to “reshape myself” in the health aspect of my life. In February, I started boot camp with Chad Moeller and the ShockBody Fitness crew. As of today, I have lost 30 lbs, a lot of inches, I feel better, sleep better, and are more focused in all areas of my life.
