I was initially nervous and felt too self conscious to try personal training, but I decided that if I wanted to see changes, I was going to need to try something different. I am SO grateful that I did! In 30 days, I lost 12 pounds, 3% overall body fat, and gained a ton of friends and confidence. Chad is super encouraging, and is always willing to change things up depending on your personal abilities. Shockbody provides more than just personal training, it provides the full support system that you need to take action and develop a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

In January, I resolved to “reshape myself” in the health aspect of my life. In February, I started boot camp with Chad Moeller and the ShockBody Fitness crew. As of today, I have lost 30 lbs, a lot of inches, I feel better, sleep better, and are more focused in all areas of my life. It has been an amazing 4 months and the total package that ShockBody provides of mental, physical and nutritional advice is second to none.
