In January, I resolved to “reshape myself” in the health aspect of my life. In February, I started boot camp with Chad Moeller and the ShockBody Fitness crew. As of today, I have lost 30 lbs, a lot of inches, I feel better, sleep better, and are more focused in all areas of my life. It has been an amazing 4 months and the total package that ShockBody provides of mental, physical and nutritional advice is second to none. If you have been contemplating a change in your life, with your overall health, you owe it to yourself to go with the best. I am still a work in progress but am living proof of the results that are possible. The money spent on creating good health habits is far cheaper than the cost to treat poor health conditions down the road. Why not enjoy being a happier healthier you!

I reached a point where I was maxed out on the most I have ever weighed in my life, and consequently was very out of shape. Since joining ShockBody I have reduced weight and reduced bodyfat. I Changed some of that weight into muscle, and I have progressed in strength, and stamina.You delivered on everything you promised and was a life changing experience, I want to thank you for that.
I decided to step on the scale one last time before the big wedding day – and I have officially lost 28 lbs (been consistent for a week now!) A special thanks to Chad Moeller and all of my ShockBody Fitness buddies for pushing me to push myself, and for being super supportive! Couldn’t have done it without you!
