I have been consistent in my fitness for many years, but not until training with Chad at Shockbody have I gotten the results I had been chasing for so long. Chad cares about each and every one of his clients. You will not want to disappoint him…but he will work you exactly the way you need to be worked to get results. Never boring, always challenging. He is supportive, knowledgeable, motivating and a true professional in training and in his business. I was able to get to a low body fat and uncover muscle definition that I had been working so hard for in a very short amount of time with Chad. I won’t ever be done with Shockbody, whether it is Chads bootcamps for group fitness (highly recommend!!) just chatting with him to make sure I am on the right track, or a one on one; he and Shockbody are a part of my life. He was meant to train you, I have no doubt about that! He and his trainers are THE best in the area. In January, I resolved to “reshape myself” in the health aspect of my life. In February, I started boot camp with Chad Moeller and the ShockBody Fitness crew. As of today, I have lost 30 lbs, a lot of inches, I feel better, sleep better, and are more focused in all areas of my life. It has been an amazing 4 months and the total package that ShockBody provides of mental, physical and nutritional advice is second to none.
